  10. means  that,  if  you read an article
  11. here  that you disagree with or agree
  12. with  for  that  matter,  you  should
  13. write  some  sort of feedback to that
  14. particular  article.   So if you have
  15. an opinion like e.g. ±12 "Why do we need
  16. swappers?"±11,  someone  can answer your
  17. article with another view in the next
  18. issue.   Then  you  can enjoy reading
  19. e.g ±12"That's why we need swappers"±11, or
  20. something similar. Get the point?????ç
